[Translation] ㅓ ,  如 業 字 中 聲 ㅓ, as in the middle sound of the word  業. ㅛ ,  如 欲 字 中 聲 ㅛ, as in the middle sound of the word  欲. ㅑ ,  如 穰 字 中 聲 ㅑ, as in the middle sound of the word  穰. ㅠ ,  如 戍 字 中 聲 ㅠ, as in the middle sound of the word  戍. ㅕ ,  如 彆 字 中 聲 ㅕ, as in the middle sound of the word  彆. 終 聲 復 用 初 聲 . The final sound reuses the initial sound. ㅇ 連 書 脣 音 之 下 , 則 為 脣 輕 音 . When the character 'ㅇ' is written under a labial  sound , it represents a light labial sound. 初 聲 合 用 ( 則 並 書 ,  終 聲 同 .) When the initial  sound  is combined, (it is written together, and the final  sound  is the same.)

I sympathize with this situation and thus propose the creation of 28 new characters that are easy for everyone to learn and use in daily life. ㄱ , 牙 音 , 如 君 字 初 發 聲 ㄱ is a dental sound, pronounced at the beginning of words like  君( gun).
