ㅿ, 半齒音, 如穰字初發聲

ㆍ, 如呑字中聲

ㅡ, 如即字中聲

ㅣ, 如侵字中聲

ㅗ, 如洪字中聲

ㅏ, 如覃字中聲

ㅜ, 如君字中聲


[Translation]

ㅿ is a semi-dental sound, pronounced in the middle of words like 穰.

ㆍ is pronounced in the middle of words like 呑.

ㅡ is pronounced in the middle of words like 即.

ㅣ is pronounced in the middle of words like 侵.

ㅗ is pronounced in the middle of words like 洪.

ㅏ is pronounced in the middle of words like 覃.

ㅜ is pronounced in the middle of words like 君.

(When the initial  sound  is combined,) it is written together, and the final  sound  is the same. ㆍ ㅡ ㅗ ㅜ ㅛ ㅠ , 附 書 初 聲 之 下 . ㆍㅡㅗㅜㅛㅠ are written as supplemental letters under the initial consonants. ㅣ ㅏ ㅓ ㅑ ㅕ , 附 書 於 右 . ㅣㅏㅓㅑㅕ are written as supplemental letters on the right side. 凡 字 必 合 而 成 音 . All characters must be combined to form a sound 左 加 一 點 則 去 聲 , 二 點 則 上 聲 , 無 則 平 聲 . Adding one dot on the left side indicates a departing tone, two dots indicate a rising tone, and none indicate a flat tone. 入 聲 加 點 同 而 促 急 Adding dots to the entering tone is the same, but it is an urgent.
